We just wanted to say thank you. We weren’t expecting it, but Peoria Pet Crematory Services took such good care of us, and it meant more than I can explain. They were kind. They were responsive. They worked around our schedule without pressure. And even though Dagger was “just a dog” to some, they treated him and us with real compassion. We were given the space and time to say goodbye as a family. To grieve without being rushed. To take our own paw print casts, to hold him, to honor him. They even made a few beautiful prints for us themselves and gave us a heartfelt certificate we didn’t know we needed, but are so grateful to have. I had never gone through this process personally.
