They were quick to respond. It felt like I was working within the comfort of my own community so it felt like a personal connection working with them making it easier to connect with questions that I had. Less formal, and I appreciated that. My texts and my calls were taken even on weekends. They took good care of my dad and ultimately me as well. Illini cremation went above and beyond. What was already a difficult time for my family was made a lot smoother process thanks to the staff. Dave specifically, was very straightforward but very gentle. Even after we brought my mother-in-law home after her cremation Dave was kind enough to offer us guidance and advice on our steps to take moving forward.
