The ENTIRE staff, including Dr. Zhang, is praised for their exceptional care, going above and beyond to ensure patient comfort and understanding, even accommodating special needs such as sign language. Lisa at Dr. Rehman's office is particularly commended for her kindness and professionalism. Nursing staff, including Megan, are also highly rated for their expertise and care. However, the pharmacy operations are criticized for slow preparation times, resulting in long wait periods, despite the facility's high fees.
other than the extremely long waits on hold ( over 30 mins) to make or change an appointment, their staff is great.
they are kind caring loving people who take care of your needs as they come! they take time with each person individually as their individual needs are needed. I would not go anywhere else or take my family anywhere else this place is clean professional and usually right on time
