It was my first time going. At first, I thought that it wasn't working until I really did start to taste a little bit of salt from the air treatment. Afterward, my tongue was tingling a little, but I was breathing better. Even if it wasn't "life-changing" in one treatment, I would recommend going just for the small breathing benefits and the self-care time of setting aside one hour! The items for sale are reasonable. I bought what is pictured for $35. The purple container is lip scrub. I will be going back to try their infrared light therapy too. ❤️

I LOVE coming to the Himalayan Salt Cave! Not only is the cave beautiful and peaceful, their medical-grade, infrared sauna is INCREDIBLE!
