I’d heard great things about Peoria Heights Plumbing for years, and they did not disappoint! I got scheduled quickly, the person who came was on time and friendly, and very knowledgeable! He was quick and efficient, and also answered all my questions. Fortunately the issues I had with my toilet, bathroom and kitchen faucets were fixed quickly and inexpensively. Without a doubt I’ll use them again!

These past two weeks have been a whirlwind of plumbing needs at our home. There was a utility closet drain that would overflow intermittently. Additionally, a high-pitched whining sound in the piping was ultimately tracked back to a faulty pressure valve regulator and water softener on its last leg. We were lucky enough to have immediate service, and Briar did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing all of our issues. So now we have unclogged pipes, a new PVR, a new water softener and no more squealing pipes. It's great to have such a reliable plumbing service locally, but I hope we don't need them again for a while ;-)

Up front about their pricing. No gouging (beware, there are plumbers in Peoria who charge outrageous prices). Fixed a botched toilet mount from a previous contractor. I thought it would be a 4hr-plus job, Andy finished it in 2hrs. Efficient and respectful of my home. Will definitely use again.

Andy was able to come out the same day we called to fix a leak we had in our kitchen. He located the leaking pipe quickly and thoroughly explained to us what he was doing to fix it before he did anything. He was so kind and we cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work! Andy came out to my house to fix a leak under my sink. He could have finished the job in under two hours, but he wasted time going out to the truck four or five times and just opening doors and looking into the compartments. Yes, I watched him do that. After one trip when he came in, I could tell he'd just had a smoke. The wasted time pushed it over the two hours, so I had to pay an extra $55.00 that truly wasn't earned. And the truck left a nice stain on my driveway. (You should probably get that looked at.) I can't speak to the quality of the repair. Time will tell on that point.

Peoria Heights Plumbing has always been my go-to for plumbing issues over the years. From having to replace my water heater, sump pump, water softener installation, inner components of my toilet, and a handful of clogs over the years, they have always been prompt and very respectful of my home and myself. I have recommended them to my Dad, who also swears by them as well.
They have a very friendly and professional staff who seem to handle the problem as if it were their own home.
