My experience has been riddled with miscommunication. When he gave me the quote, Cole told me I would receive a call within one week to schedule the work. This was on August 21. It took nearly 5 weeks before a scheduler called to give me a date. During that time, I called the main line repeatedly to ask about the delay, and I was told they were waiting on the permit. I also texted Cole, and he told me it takes a long time to get the permit and my experience was normal. This means Cole was lying to me at some point: either when he told me it would only take a week to schedule the work or when he said it takes a long time to get permits. In addition, after Acculevel completed the work, I had another contractor out to give me a quote on the rest of the repairs. He told me Acculevel did not complete their part of the work correctly and it would cause a problem for his work. I spoke with Thomas in customer care, and he told me he would have someone call me to schedule a time to come out and look. That was last Wednesday and I have not been contacted to schedule a time yet. On Friday, I spoke with another rep, who told me I would definitely receive a call from a scheduler on Monday. This has not happened, so I have to assume that I was lied to again. I do not trust this company and wish I had gone with someone else for this work.

We used these guys when our basement kept flooding. We had problems with some of the structure too and they fixed that first. The waterproofing is still holding strong. Fair price too.Services: Interior structural repairs
