We really enjoyed working with The team to find the right location to build our house. Dave spends months while we drove through several subdivisions until we found the right fit. We needed a mobility safe home. I especially enjoy the no step entry. No basement , however the finished bonus space above the garage as well as the large attic provide ample space for us.
P & W Builders built our new home two years ago. Our house is well built, very energy efficient, and to our specifications as outlined when we first started going over the plans for the retirement home that is all on one level, no stairs. We wanted a home that would allow us to be able to age-in-place. We got what we paid for and are happy about that.
