I called OSF HM on Monday. The verified my insurance information. Called me that Friday afternoon to tell me that they were shipping the equipment out and I should have it Monday or Tuesday. However….it came the very next day on a Saturday. Can’t thank them enough (specifically Christina) for getting this accomplished so quickly! We had been trying for months via a large chain pharmacy to get this CGM. OSF did it in A WEEK! Thank you so much!

I have been a customer for almost 7 years. I was around when they changed their computer system and restructured their processes. It was frustrating during these times because some things have changes for the consumer. However, after all the kinks were ironed out. i feel that the service offered is great and the customer service reps are very pleasant. They are willing to go above and beyond to help remedy the situation. I am sure that all of the 1 star ratings were deserved but I assume that these happened during the transition period. OSF Home medical has my business for as long as we live in Peoria.
