I had some pretty gnarly septic/drainage issues and the guys were so great and friendly and walked me through everything. The manager Corey was professional and fun at the same time and kept me up to date on everything. The team turned a nightmare into a very fast and thorough fix. They went above and beyond and made our family very happy to have the use of water back so soon!
I had Corey, Andrew and a few other employee's from Mr Rooter come out and do some work at my place of business. They were complete troopers, considering all the things that needed done. They were very professional and did a great job.
Had a sewage back up into the basement and needed someone out ASAP. The plumber showed up at 9pm that night and got everything fixed. No emergency charge, just standard reasonable rate and was extremely friendly and helpful. I will without a doubt be recommending this company to any and all friends who need plumbing assistance.
