Kahuna Roofing & Construction replaced a flat roof that most companies wouldn’t even touch and did an amazing job. The team was very kind and professional, and the cost was less than any other company by a substantial amount without compromising efficiency or quality. They also offer a guaranteed warranty on their services. One customer reported that when their apartment ceiling started to leak through an active light fixture, Kahuna Roofing & Construction came in to assess the situation even though the apartment was not among the roofs they were given to repair. They pointed out that the ceiling was bowing, temporarily fixed the issue, and promised to come back the next day to fix it permanently regardless of whether the apartment was on the list or not. Their genuine concern was for safety, and they were true to their word. They go way above and beyond and make sure the issue is 100% resolved so that it does not occur again. They are professional and knowledgeable. Another customer described them as a very professional group of guys who took a lot of stress off of them and made replacing a roof a breeze, with fair pricing, quick work and fantastic clean up. These guys were busy and took the time to come over and fix a small repair, in and out in 25 minutes, then went around and caulked some exposed nail heads. Excellent job, very professional, and the charge was less than expected. The owner was very nice and informative on the process, even took care of the insurance side and made sure a grandmother got the compensation deserved. Very very impressed. Clean. Responsible, reasonable, very professional and the work is seamless. Will recommend to anyone.
They replaced my flat roof that most companies wouldn’t even touch. To top it off they did an amazing job! They were very kind and professional and it costed less than any other company by a substantial amount without compromising their efficiency or quality. They also offer a guaranteed warranty on their services. I could not recommend them enough!
I live in an apartment complex. My ceiling started to leak through an active light fixture in my dining room in June due to the rain. I immediately reported it to the property management and they did not fix it and told me they were not going to fix it. Kahuna roofing was contracted by the property to repair several roofs in the complex. However my apartment was not among the roofs that they were given to repair. But they still came into my apartment to assess the situation. They saw were the leak was and pointed out that my ceiling was bowing. I was worried they would not be able to fix the leak and ceiling due to my apartment not being on the list. But that is the exact… read full review
