Our experience with Express Mg was great from start to finish. Our initial exposure was with owner, who was great about documenting the issues that needed to be dealt with and then getting us on the schedule quickly enough that we could use our fireplace over the holidays. techs were personable and professional, getting a very large job done quickly and cleanly. I can't recommend this company enough.
We moved into our home a year ago and had never used the fireplace. Lots of wear and tear around here so I was nervous. Tech was super prompt and got me scheduled quickly. He was kind and courteous. He throughly evaluated our situation, reviewed a check list with me. Most everything was in good shape, just hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. He was well prepared and cleaned up after himself, not leaving a trace other than a great, cleaned chimney. Overall GREAT experience. Give them a call for sure!
I called them for a chimney cleaning, turned out my 80 year old house needed an overhaul to the chimney and fireplace. Got an estimate from them and Tech encouraged me to get estimates from competitors. Very fairly priced, they did good work and were very polite.
