Denny at GPPI was very responsive upon my first call and likewise very patient thereafter until we had property fully under contract and were able to proceed. They accommodated our schedule and the Seller's schedule in order to get the inspection done at an available time slot. The Report was professional and detailed and seemed very well done.

Denny was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was thorough in inspecting the property and patient with all of our questions.The report is full of very detailed photos, notes, and recommendations that allowed us to quickly an unambiguously express our concerns to the sellers and get the necessary repairs underway.We will most definitely be reaching out to him in the future =)
