Very professional! As a first time homebuyer I had lots of questions he walked me through everything thoroughly! Wouldn't have wanted to buy a home these days without an honest home inspection and inspector! will use again if I ever move!!
My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Lucas when purchasing our new home. In my life I have had a few homes inspected. I have to say that Mr. Lucas provided me with the most detailed report that I have ever seen. He responded with in days of being contacted and said he would arranged to meet the realtor at the home. When I told my realtor who would be contacting him, my realtor knew Mr. Lucas and was pleased that it was him we contracted. What I liked best, was Mr. Lucas also provided me with information on things that were not deal breakers, but a few things we should look at either upgrading or fixing.
