A SCAM IS GOING AROUND APPARENTLY. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING A PLAN I PURCHASED. I DID NOT PURCHASE A PLAN. BE CAREFUL! IF YOU CLICK ON THE LINK OR CALL THE NUMBER THEY HAVE YOU.
Aaron was great! He explained all my options to me in plain English. Set clear expectations on when the phone could arrive and it ended up coming the next day! 10/10 everytime I have to visit these folks
The technicians were very kind and helpful to myself and my Autistic, adult son. They were able to begin transferring his photos/ videos onto an external hard drive. We're going to pick it up soon.
