The technicians were very kind and helpful to myself and my Autistic, adult son. They were able to begin transferring his photos/ videos onto an external hard drive. We're going to pick it up soon.
Had to get a battery replacement on my laptop due to issues it was having.Had to ship it off to a repair center and got it back within just over a week! :DAlong with the repair, they went above and beyond and the laptop was thoroughly cleaned; which was appreciated
I delivered my desktop which was still under warranty to the Peoria office of Geek Squad over a week ago, I have spoken to 3 different agents who have no idea what is going on with my computer. The Agents themselves attempt to be helpful in getting you information, but obviously their communication and their organization is substantially sub-par. Their office took a week and a half to diagnose that my computer had Hard Drive Issues, and even a Video card issue - (which I did not have before i took it in). and I still do not have my computer...
