Jessie listened what the problem was and came up with a plan. A 1-3 day plan the was completed in 1 1/2 days. First he would set up the new computer. Jessie promised when I picked up the new computer before I left the store he would make sure I had email. When I picked up, the mess the Geek Squad left was still there. Walked in today, needed my iPhone 14 battery replaced. Was told 45min- 1hr. Jay had it done in a little over 30 minutes!! I also watched Jesse take such great care of another customer—being so very patient and understanding of her situation. I was so impressed with their attitudes! Probably some of the very best customer service I’ve seen in Peoria.
