Jason came to my house to discuss everything, he was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They got me scheduled the very next day to get the softner installed. I can't say enough good things about Mike. He is professional, kind, very knowledgeable, and patient. I felt so bad for him because the job was not easy... it didn't go smoothe like it probably should have. Nothing is easy when it comes to my house, because everything is set up so odd.. so he was here for hours.. worked his butt off trying to get this going for us.. and he did! He is a very hard worker. My parents have been a customer for probably over 20 years I would say, no problems whatsoever, so I def recommend
