Dan provided a home inspection on a property I am purchasing. He was very thorough with his inspection and provided me with great feedback as well as photos of what he saw. At the end of his inspection, he walked me through and gave an explanation of different items that needed to be addressed. In addition, he answered all of my questions as to what was most important to address immediately. Would recommend and use again!

Mr. Lucas is experienced, professional, thorough and patient. He did a great job with the inspection and the report included pictures as well as explanations.
