Purchased a used car from thier and in less then a week owning it lower intake gasket blew. I tried multiple times contacting them with no return calls if they was going to do anything about it, and then a week later contacted them again and was told it's a used car nothing they will do about it

Very unprofessional. They never sent me the money for the car i sold them. Everytime i called them they gave me a bs excuse. 6 months later still nothing but excuses.

When you need a tow, you’re probably not doing too well already, so you don’t want the additional headache of dealing with a towing company you can’t count on. That was us last week when our son was in an accident. He was fine but his car was totaled. I called Billie Jo’s and got friendly, no-nonsense service. It’s a towing company and their life is hectic, so I knew I needed to be flexible on their arrival time, but the driver kept me updated. I’m glad I used Billie Jo’s and you will be too.

They had older parts I needed and were fair when it came to prices. I made more then one trip there. They are my first call looking for parts!
