It was such an amazing experience at the Litchfield office.
I have horrible eyes and the doctor recognized I had been overcorrected at my last doctor’s office. If she hadn’t taken the time and worked with me I would have continued to have side effects from the wrong prescription.
The office is clean and open with some wonderful staff that made me feel welcomed and double checked if I had any questions or concerns before leaving each time.
There was a fast turn around on my contacts and glasses coming in after we ordered them. I never felt pressured into something I didn’t want and all the pros and cons were explained with each item we talked about. Definitely... read full review

I had a very good experience at this office. Everyone, especially the doctor were friendly, helpful and very professional. Went to the Metro Center office for years but got tired of the poor service and rudeness. This visit was a refreshing change and I can't thank the employees enough!
