Mom’s- post baby have you feeling “off” with pelvic pain and back pain? Please seek out Freedom Chiropractic and Holistic Health! I have received great care and I’m only a few weeks in! Less back pain, no pelvic pain and that mom pooch is slowly fading! Excited to see what the next few weeks bring.
Freedom Chiropractic is the best! A few months ago, I was having severe leg and lower back pain. Walking was so painful and it was starting to affect my job and simple tasks that we all do on our days off.

I have been going to Dr. Andrea once a week for a couple months for hip flexor and low back issues.
I felt relief after the first couple treatments!
My treatment lasted for 8 weeks. During these treatments, Dr. Andrea did several adjustments but most importantly she showed me exercises that I could do at home to strengthen muscles that have become weak and were no longer supporting key parts of my body resulting in my pain and discomfort.
These exercises are very important to get my body back to feeling strong and healthy again.
