ABC did our shingle replacement in Spring of 2017 after the hailstorm of Nov 2016 in Morton. They did a great job in working with me. At the time, Kolin was the job supervisor and communicated timely and install went very well. Fast forward about 4 years and we noticed water stain on our master bedroom ceiling and thought it was possibly a one-time issue with the derecho that came through and maybe blew water in the ridge vent. ABC sent a person out to look over the roof and we couldn't find anything. Time went on and then in late Spring 2023 we had a nighttime thunderstorm and definitely found a roof leak issue. I called ABC and they sent out a fellow who came and inspected the attic and then the roof. We identified that one of the tabs on a sheathing clip had gotten bent up enough during the tear off that caused it to eventually poke through shingle and cause the leak. When it was found, the fellow who inspected it contacted the regional manager (who just so happened to be Kolin the original job supervisor) to get his decision on how to handle this considering the fact that the job was outside of the warranty period. Kolin contacted me directly and said that they would get it taken care of as it was clear what had happened. They even repaired the ceiling drywall seam that received water damage. ABC did exactly what I would have expected a reputable contractor like them to do. I highly recommend them as it is clear that ABC Roofing & Siding cares about their quality of work and customer satisfaction.
