“The plumbers at Tom Smith are the best! Always quick to respond and work to find the problem, even if it turns out not to be a plumbing issue. Would highly recommend as we have used their services several times for our aging home.”
“This company is outstanding! They are honest, knowledgeable, and do excellent work. Troy in particular was very kind in explaining my options for a new sump pump. He went the extra mile by taking photos of my crawl space for me. He made sure the electrical cords were secured and out of the way. He even sawed off a small piece of the pipe that extends into my yard.
You guys do a fantastic job. I am a customer for life!”
“So pleased with all aspects of their service. Quick response time from Ethan our technician. Clean, polite and responsible. Our job was more involved than originally thought but he problem solved to fix it! He cleaned up and wiped down the work area. Would most definitely recommend. Wish we would have found them years ago!”
