When the guys showed up, they were polite and professional. I had requested that they let me know how much before repairing anything and they did. Their service call fee is included in the repairs. You don't pay it on top of the repairs like another place I had called and priced from Peoria. They were very affordable and didn't try to upsell me anything. They did what they said they were going to do and everything is back to working and functioning as it's supposed to. Super happy and will gladly recommend them to anyone.“
