The quoted price was lower than or the same price as almost all of the other local companies I received a quote from without sacrificing content like the other lower quotes. Owner, Steve, reached out to me directly to give me the quote and to follow up. He communicated what he planned to do and information about his company. He gave me an exact day and a window of time he could be there to accommodate my schedule. He allowed me to leave a key for him to let himself in since I would be working, to leave a check for him when he was done, and he let me know when he was on his way to the house. As far as I could tell, he did everything he had said he would as far as the cleaning. He even went above and beyond doing small things I hadn't thought he would do! Very pleasant, simple experience and very happy with the results!”
