Customers have had great experiences with the sales team, who listen to their wants and needs and provide helpful tips to make the decision process easier. The installers are also praised for their excellent work, kindness, and good communication. Customers have replaced all the blinds in their homes with Hunter Douglas products, and they have loved the product and support they received when a couple of issues came up. The installation process went very well, and the finished product is beautiful. There was a slight communication issue about carpet removal and disposal, but that charge was removed from the final bill. Everyone from the office and scheduling staff to the workmen were excellent, and the workmanship was superior, making it a pleasure to use this company again.
