Living in a small town, this vibrant blue siding was all my neighborhood was talking about for months. Corey was incredible to work with. He walked me through every step as we worked with my home insurance company to repair/replace hail damaged shingles and siding. Communication was great. Corey and Nick worked very hard every day. Absolutely!! Cory O’Donnell is professional and understands construction and design, but he also understands how to work with your bank and insurance company to get you through the financial hassles. Thank you for your knowledge Cory and for making those dealings easier. Thank you for changing designs as we went along and working with me on all my dreams. This screen porch and deck is more than I ever dreamed possible!! Andrew and Nick, you guys worked so hard and in the most unfriendly weather!! There were days that wind was blowing so hard! It rained or snowed and was bitterly cold but you were out there working. Such animals!! The craftsmanship is amazing! Everything I asked for was executed exactly! This entire addition is truly a work of art that all of you should be as proud of building as we are of being the owners of! It truly is more beautiful than we imagined it would be!! We hired O’Donnell Custom Builders to remove a large double window from our kitchen and install a sliding glass door. We had originally consulted with another contractor who kept delaying installation and changing plans and prices. Corey and Andrew were able to come to our house within a few weeks to complete the job, at a reasonable price. They did a great job removing the siding to reuse around the new door. The installation went smoothly and they even rerouted an electrical outlet for us.. The work was done so well you can’t tell that the door wasn’t originally there. We didn’t even have to repaint our kitchen. We also had them help us replace a buckled basement egress/window well. O’Donnell Custom Builders is easy to communicate with and reasonably affordable to work with.
