The techs were professional. As far as sales and management, I can not say the same. I bought just the AC unit, even though heavily pressured to also buy a furnace. The contract was drawn and signed. In the middle of the installation, suddenly another thousand was needed to finish the job. I bid on the job, NOT hourly pay, but because it took longer than what they figured, they charge again. I told management that’s not it worked but the only thing they could is we’ll drop the undefined extra thousand to 800. Again I bid on the job alone. Proving you can’t trust what trouble free salesman for their word or contract we both signed. I will never use this company again, and would not recommend people that back out of a contract….
