Rick is hands-down the best home inspector — thorough, honest, and somehow hilarious while telling you everything that’s wrong with your house. ? He saved us from buying a money pit and gave us a super helpful list of fixes for our current home. We jokingly call him “Rick the Dick” because he’s that thorough — but truly, he’s amazing at what he does. Highly recommend him to anyone buying, selling, or just wanting peace of mind!

I would highly recommended Sunrise Home Inspection! The report we received was very detailed and contained several images of what was being described in the report, which was incredibly helpful in our home purchase.
