I scheduled a 60 minute theraputic massage for myself, and a 60 minutes deep tissue massage in their salt room for my boyfriend. All the ladies are very pleasant and make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and dimly lit with tranquil music is playing throughout the establishment. Our therapists talked to us about what we were wanting/not wanting worked once we got to our individual rooms. Both of us agree that the amount of pressure used in the massage was perfect. (They do check with you at the beginning of the massage to make sure the pressure is OK. And you can always ask for a little more or less, if need be). I've been here twice and had amazing experiences both times! The reiki is truly healing mentally, and physically! My last appointment I almost cancelled because my back hurts so much I could barely walk. I left after my reiki experience with my back feeling 60% better and it's feeling better still today! She never even touched my back! She has a gift! It's helps so much mentally too! My anxiety is so much better and I feel so much peace and optimism after!
