We took our cat Addy in for an ear hematoma. She often struggles with being in her crate but the vet tech and vet were wonderful and very patient. They made it easy for us and went over pricing thoroughly so we could stay within budget. Addy was purring and nuzzling thr vet tech and was calm the whole visit. It did take a couple of hours but the fact they kept Addy stress free and comfortable made it worth it.

We had surgery on our kitty here. All o f the people that work were very kind, considerate, and professional in every way. Our kitty is doing fine and could not have gone any smoother. Thanks to all that helped Charlie ❤️

Although there was a bit of a wait, because of another patient took some extra attention, and it was showing me that you are caring. When it came to my turn to look after my fur baby they took their time in examining my kitty and recommending certain things to help her since she's an older cat with health issues. We came in for her rabies vaccination and registration for the county, and upon her examination she is exempt from having the vaccination due to her age and health conditions. I appreciate that their concern for her wellbeing. I want the best for her
