Patients appreciate the detailed explanations and time taken by the doctor and staff to answer questions. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
Ease of making appt & getting right in. Very professional & most staff friendly. Only issue is one who helped with picking glasses out not very helpful, felt like she just wanted me to hurry up, but wonderful lady who helped me when picking them up was Great! She worked with me til I knew other options, answered all my questions. Even ended up getting an old pair of my glasses turned into sunglasses as loved them & wasn't ready to get rid of them. Can't wait to go back & pick them up!
Very thorough exams and very caring staff. I have had a couple of odd issues over the years and they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I have recommended this office to a few friends without hesitation.
