Dr Lanoue and staff are nice and professional. He is always able to answer questions and his nurses get the paperwork done fast.The desk staff.... We went in today for an appointment. The lady asked which insurance we were using. I told her that we only had one and we had been asking for the other to be removed. She laughed. Then didn't check us in at all. We waited 15 minutes before my husband went up and asked if we were going to be seen. At this point, she tried to tell us that we walked away before she finished the process and she tried to call us back over but we didn't respond.

We have had nothing but great things to say about the Paxton Clinic! Everyone has been so friendly and willing to listen to any concerns we’ve had with both myself and my infant. It is such an upgrade from the doctors we used to see at another practice.

I want to thank the Paxton Clinic( Kim Fancher) and Dr. Reese and All of his staff for helping me when I have been very sick with Covid. They have been so helpful in caring for me in this time that has been challenging.
