The lady asked which insurance we were using. I told her that we only had one and we had been asking for the other to be removed. She laughed. Then didn't check us in at all. We waited 15 minutes before my husband went up and asked if we were going to be seen. At this point, she tried to tell us that we walked away before she finished the process and she tried to call us back over but we didn't respond.“
