Highly recommend Glad’s Tree Service. They did a great job, removed 3 trees, ground 4 stumps, and trimmed up a large tree. Cleaned up so well you could not tell a tree was there. All workers were very courteous and hard working in spite of being an extremely hot day. Reasonable rates also.
Kind people. June goes above and beyond and Dr Walker is the best. Compassionate and caring. Our rescue could not do without them. Every time I call with a animal in trauma June and Dr Walker somehow fit them in. We need more vets like Dr Walker who simply love the animals.

As a new teacher to the area, I needed a hair cut for picture day. Market Street Barber even has the twirly barber shop pole (as do the other fourteen barber shops in Paxton). Today I didn't need any blood letting, just a trim for the aforementioned picture day. I got a one all around and the woman who cut my hair was surprised I was so young and was a teacher. Success doesn't have a number for this guy. She squared the back, got rid of my side burns, and even shaved over my ears. These two girls here are GREAT! So fun to talk to! Plus they shave your neck which is the exception, not the rule when it comes to getting my hair cut! WOOO! I paid $12 to support this local business. If you tip any less than $2 you should be struck by lightning. Or hit by a bus! Work in the service industry for one day and you will understand!

The entire staff is helpful. The vet was informative. Our go-to place for boarding and vet care for all of our animals. It's a bit of a drive but worth it for the great service and lower prices than other vets.
