The techs at Dogtown are always very responsive and easy to work with. They made sure my furnace was running properly and hooked my dryer vent up!! Will be call them again!!

I have had a great experience with Dog town heating and cooling in Paxton Illinois
Matt was my service tech from the time I called and made the appointment Matt text me let me when he was coming and when he was on his way.
When he got here I had questions and while he was serving my furnace he answered all my questions. Matt is very Professional and knowledgeable about his job.
Matt is very easy to talk to and patient. It was a very pleasant experience for my wife and I.

I was referred to Dogtown from a friend who had a great experience when they installed a new air conditioner. I was not let down! I called them at night when my air went down and they came first thing the next morning. Got my air conditioner up and going within minutes, explained everything to me, provided advise, and no up-charging on stuff I didn’t need. They are definitely my HVAC moving forward.
