Had the service for 5 years and it seems like over the last 2 years the quality has gone down. More crab grass and weeds popping up. They would not spray the areas where weeds were growing when coming out for regular fertilization. Kept blaming that I am not watering enough even though sprinklers were set to water daily per their recommendation. I didn’t renew the contract and they kept coming until I complained because the burned my grass. They were going to come out and do over seeding without me even knowing/agreeing for e service.What cost $50 per application will now cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. Never again. The technician, Jerry Dial, was about to leave when I got home. I had a couple of questions for him. He spent maybe 5 minutes with me answering my questions which I found very helpful and greatly appreciated. Good job Jerry!
