Stephen did a super job. He is very polite, respectful and very thorough in his work.We can never say enough good about the effort our local staff put forth to accommodate our needs. National staff needs to learn lessons from our local staff on customer satisfaction.

Charles was pleasant, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns regarding TruGreen products and my dogs. I've only had one lawn treatment, but based on my first experience, I would recommend TruGreen.

Technician Jordan S came out to perform a free service for fertilization after another tech only did our front yard. I called and complained after the first service and clearly explained that the sides and back needed treatment. Jordan returned to perform the service but his ticket only mentioned doing the front. After speaking with him he started he was here to service the customer and agreed to do the entire yard. That us customer service at its best.Service: Weed control
