We love BCVS! I have been taking my dog and 2 cats there for 7 years. Dr. Jess is very patient with the animals, and it's clear she truly cares about what's best for the animal. And she's soooo knowledgable about, well, everything! She's very upfront and clear about the cost of services, and the costs always seem fair. Her staff is kind and very responsive.
I have been with Dr. Jess for a very long time and love the care my dogs receive from her. She is knowledgeable and will often research new things to stay on top of changing practices in her field. She listens to concerns and bases recommendations on what she thinks is the best course of action. Her team is always up beat when we interact with them.
