FFC has been a consistent part of our lives for the past 5 yrs. Prior to me moving to Chi, my husband signed me up so we could work out together when I was in town. When we first started going it was clean and a space we felt promoted positive gym culture & truly lived by their core values.Over the years things have shifted: high turnover, HVAC issues including leaks, member rate increases almost yearly, health & safety concerns-the biggest being a dirty facility. When joining 5 yrs ago the gym was beautiful & clean but really impressed by Anthony; he was friendly, accommodating & transparent. Shortly after joining we added my daughter & wife. In the past 5 yrs there's been multiple price increases (another early 2024), equipment failure, reduced hours, long standing HVAC issues, high turnover, decline in cleanliness, health & safety concerns, & decreased access to turf area due to 1on1 sessions. As a former business owner w various leadership roles in my career, I understand managing people, facilities, operations & logistics, as well as the challenges that come w it; I always value & rely on feedback.... read full review

I used to workout here when I would visit my parents but this last trip found out they don't offer day passes anymore. Lame.
