This was the first time that I've had a wax outside of my house and it was a great experience! This was a much less painful experience than when doing it at home. They have a nice waiting area and a call environment overall. You're provided with a little eye mask to cover your eyes when the lights are brighter so that the tech can do their job. The person I worked with was great she checked in on me and made sure everything was okay and she did a great job.

Absolutely incredible experience. I went for my birthday and they made it feel so special. I’ve been to several hotel spas and Renata’s honestly exceeded them. The ambience is cozy and relaxing, and it was easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely love this spa, I was visiting family in the city from California and I got an organic glow facial with microderm / oxygen from yolla (I hope I spelt that correctly); she was absolutely fantastic. I’ve had around thirty facial’s in my life and this was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. My mom also got a glow facial and had such an amazing experience. Anytime I come to Chicago I will be booking here, my skin is glowing! Treat yourself !

I have been here three times now and will be coming back again for sure! They use Eminence products which is how I found them but they are keeping me with the friendly staff, spacious rooms and relaxing waiting room. I have had 2 facials and 1 massage. The facials include shoulder, arms and feet massage which is a great touch. They even gave me something for my birthday which was unexpected but appreciated. Parking can be tricky especially on school days as they are right by an elementary school. Otherwise definitely recommend!
