I had the absolute most amazing experience at Neon Beauty Room with Jessica S. ! She did these bright beautiful roots and was so kind, welcoming, and fun! She made my whole appointment/salon experience absolutely wonderful. I cannot recommend this adorable space enough, for all your spunky fashion color needs look no further than Jess!! I have been going to see Jess Ess for a little over a year now, and I am absolutely in love with her work and professionalism! Every time I leave an appt with Jess she ensures I am happy with my look and I always leave feeling absolutely beautiful and confident. If I am unable to put into words the type of look I am trying to achieve, Jess always helps me finds the words I am looking for, and she is often able to even read my mind lol.
