“UPDATE- WM (Kyle) reached out apologized and gave us a full refund. They aerated our lawn and reseeded free of charge. The two technician's that came out were very nice and explained everything in detail. Hopefully the grass grows and we can continue to do business in the future. They made it right and that's all you can ask for.<br>First and last year using them! Paid for weed control and Grub control received neither. Weeds popped up because spots were missed. After the Grub application was done we had yellow spots and after being in contact with Steve the manager, he showed up unannounced (probably hoping no one was home) and admitted they did it. He blew it off by saying it will grow back. I paid to keep the grass weed free, turning yellow, and here we are with weeds and dead grass. They had one job and blew it! There might be a reply here apologizing but its to late now. The apology should have came in my driveway when my grass was killed.”

Once the crew came in they were working at our site almost everyday - the amount of time my front/backyard was not usable was minimized - I really appreciated that. Several years down the line everything still looks great and we get constant compliments.Driveway redone and expanded the first year - they had the best design for our house and did an awesome job. The following year we had a backyard reno/expansion with outdoor fireplace and hot tub as well as landscaping around the new patio. The year after that we had them come in and change the front lighting. There were high voltage lights original to the house that kept having issues. We had the change to low voltage landscape lights with an atmospheric timer 2 years ago - no issues to date.They also helped fix some issues with the outdoor fireplace this year - after it got a lot of heavy use during COVID!”

A friend suggested that I call Steve at Logic for an appraisal. They use all organic treatments and the price is reasonable. They are a small local company committed not to outgrow their capabilities. I noticed an improvement before the second treatment (of 6 for the season). Everyone who visits raves about the lawn. I try to water it once in a while, a source of guilt given the water shortages in the country, but we have Lake Michigan, which connects to Huron to boot! I've since recommended several friends to Logic.”

This was handled beautifully. Perhaps the biggest challenge is our pergola that has grape, honeysuckle and trumpet vines that need to be cut back every fall. Again, beautiful job. They also did a great job cleaning up all the debris, which has been an issue with other lawncare services. Overall a great experience and a strong recommendation.”
