The salon is quietly tucked near the train station in downtown Park Ridge. It's clean and welcoming. Ness is very friendly and professional. She answers/addresses all your questions/concerns and gives advice when warranted. As this was my first experience, she put my nerves to ease and was very thorough in explaining the entire process. She does a good job making clients feel comfortable and relaxed and continuously asks how they are doing during the treatment - a sign of a compassionate professional. Prices are reasonable and worth the long term investment. She is willing to work with you and your schedule and tries to accommodate when possible. The treatment itself is quick and painless due to the cryogenic laser that's used. The only thing I regret is not coming here sooner. It's been one treatment and I can see a difference.
