My parents purchased this home for my grandmother who lost her home to a house fire. It was built in 2023. Since then my grandmother has moved out and now I live here with my boyfriend. I have many complaints with the home. The doors and windows are not sealed well. Hundreds of Asian beetles and flies get in the home easily through the closed doors and windows (this was an issue immediately after home was built). Our master bathroom standup shower was not sealed correctly. It leaked from the corner (opposite side of the sliding shower door), which lead to mold getting on our bathroom wall.
