Andy did exceptional work in our bathroom. In addition to the work itself, communication was clear and consise, timing/price estimates were accurate, and there were no suprises. I will definitely use him again if I have more bathroom work that needs to be done.
By far the best renovation experience we’ve had! Andy renovated our basement bathroom (see before and after photos) and installed a sauna. Working with Andy was exceptional. He was clear and easy to talk to, he gave an estimate of time and cost which was exactly how long it took and how much it cost, and was very reasonable. He was very careful and accommodating of our needs, explained everything we asked about, worked very cleanly, was always communicative and responsive, never disappeared or failed to respond to calls (a chronic problem with many contractors), helped us with a few extra things he didn’t have to help with, and, of course, the work itself came out... read full review
Andy is the best contractor I've worked with - timely, reliable, detail-oriented and very reasonably priced for high-quality work. I couldn't be happier with the results. He communicates the exact right amount of information, too. I always knew what was going on through daily walk-throughs. At the same time he only consulted me on decisions where appropriate, so I didn't feel like I was managing the work as much as with some other contractors. Jist one example - early in the process of installing a sauna he noticed the wall slats didn't align perfectly. The next day, he removed and rehung them so they would.
