I sold a property that CK Property Management handles and it was an easy and swift process. The property manager immediately answered all my pre-listing questions and also explained their process for selling. I would definitely hire them for my own properties.

One of the most attentive and detail oriented management companies we have worked with. Anytime we call, someone always picks up the phone, if we leave a massage we receive a call within 24hrs. The ladies that I have personally dealt with are very helpful and extremely patient with any changes we ask to be done. Additionally we have had some maintenance issues recently and everything was taken care of asap. Further, this is the only company that is personal with you, as other companies only have answering service. Couldn't be more happy with their service, 10 stars +. Ck Property Management is the best in the business. They are always very professional and helpful. The staff is amazing! They area always so nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend CK and their amazing staff to everybody!
