This used to be my go to contractor for my heating and cooling needs. They replaced my furnace and AC before and were out for cleaning and repairs. I called several times this year leaving messages but no return calls. I even started I wanted a quote for new units. No reply. Very disappointed.

I have used B&S Heating since living in Palos Hills 20 years ago. They installed a new furnace in my townhouse. When I bought the house I am living in now, they installed a new furnace here. I recommended them to my sister and they put her furnace in too. Now my son needed a furnace. Called B&S, gave the guy my number and no one ever called me back. I told them I was an old customer. He told me they would call us that morning to let us know what time they were coming to give us an estimate. Haven't heard from them since. I don't know what happened to this company, but if you are too busy, JUST SAY SO! We will call someone else, which we eventually did.... read full review
