Finest, fairest, most reputable service company I've used. The arrive quickly, work quickly, and their work is of outstanding quality. My first experience with them was when the father (it's a family owned business) replaced the hot water heat pump motor in my previous house. He had the motor in his van, he was done in less than an hour, and he charged me $80. Motor & labor: $80! B&S Heating & Cooling should be your HVAC service company. Period.

I have dealt with many heating & air conditioning outfits because we have rental properties. I've dealt with B & S for many years going back to the days we had video stores in the Hickory Palos area. For most of that time we found them to be reasonable, but recently the're pricing has gotten totally out of line with other firms. On the plus side, they are competent, but you'll pay top dollar. I made a mistake by calling them instead of the firms we use for the rental properties. Bob is the best. Second generation boiler man who is passing the craft on to his sons. These guys know whats going on. They did all the boiler work in our family for as long as I can remember.
