I don’t recommend nobody to go there. They are horrible with appointments. I have a blood work appointment. I went there before the time 10 minutes. I wait for one hour after one hour. I went to ask how long they told me oh, we didn’t have you on the system after I checked in. And wait for a one hour

Doctor's don't really give you a full check up at your annual. Just ask what's wrong. Said I didn't need to come back for another 3 years. Asked for weight loss meds as I have a surgery coming up in a few weeks and wanted to lose weight prior to it. That was a month ago and they have still not sent in the prior authorization to my insurance to be reviewed. I was told I was in line and it would be another 2-3 weeks before it was sent in. I also got billed incorrectly so I'm trying to get that corrected as well. Will be finding a new office. I rarely have medical needs but this has been the worst it's ever been handled in my life.

If there is a zero star this place sucks the don't know how to do anything. They confirmed a appointment and I got a uber to this place and come to find out they don't accept my insurance now I have to spend more money for a uber because they hire dumb people that confirm everything the suck stay away from this place worst experience ever

Very nice facility and Doctor Eva Dumasia is the best at this location. From the other 5 start reviews I see others agree. Treat her right.

The absolute worst system .. Been with Advocate for 40 years .. Got to get away from them now ..

I go in to get services done for an appointment i made online and no one BOTHERS TO CALL ME TO SAY THAT OH HEY the doctor I'm seeing today isn't my primary care doctor and that if I see this doctor I can get charged. All these doctors are in the same network so WHY does it matter who I see! Why did I just drive all the way here, when no one bothered to call me. But yet i did everything online and even had a voicemail confirming everything for my appointment. But I get there and have this shit happen. Do YOUR JOBS

I’m a new patient to this location and receptionist staff such as Maria, Kathy, Kattie, Kathleen, I think and not sure the other staff names are so kind, helpful, the nurses are so sweet and attentive my nurse her name is Ashley and she is wonderful keeps me informed of anything I need or they might need via the portal.
As well as my Doctor, Dr. Dumasia
I might had misspelled the name. However, they have good communication with you as a patient via the Live Well App. My health has not been the greatest I have been suffering from a couple of things , nonetheless the Dr. took the time to listen to my concerns and explained options for me.
I felt like someone actually cared. Thank you kindly for all you do!

I definitely recommend this medical facility, also if you haven’t downloaded there app maybe you should they see many people a day, having your Live Well app helps you stay connected to your medical team.

I'm so glad I found this place!! Maya Karem NP is the best, a great listener that really addresses all my concerns. The girls at the front desk are super nice too!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I had Crystal for my nurse. To begin with she doesn’t say hello or much of anything she just handed me a mask and told me to put it on. When I asked if I had to she said yes and then proceeded to explain to me why I had to with an attitude. She then ripped my hair out while taking my height, and continued her attitude in the room. When met with her same energy she asked if I wanted a different nurse, which the other nurse honestly wasn’t much better with her attitude. Finally doctor Alashwal comes out also has an attitude at this point I just wanted to walk out even though I already paid my copay. I will never come back to this place unless I’m seeing my main primary care physician because doctor Dumasia is the only person in this establishment that knows how to treat people with respect.

Sad! Stay away from this place! Was told had to see doctor before they fill my prescription so I go for follow up and the doctor started talking about you have to go get updated x-rays blood tests Blah,Blah,Blah! Never mentioned it before appointment I was just suppose to go in so they could fill my medications! But the doctor will get paid for the visit though! A real P.O.S! The doctor I had before was great Dr.Kim no hassle or attitude this doctor totally different story. Wouldn't fill my prescription flat out lied to me! That's alright I contacted the medical insurance company and filed a complaint. Oh yeah and the first day I seen this doctor wanted to double my blood pressure medication from 150 to 300!!! Looked like a horse pill! I refused to take them and kept the same prescription 150!!! That was a year ago and when i went today my blood pressure was fine! Ha! Double the dose yeah right! Be careful out there people remember D.T.A. Don't trust anyone! Everything is a big business these days. It's like everything else there is good and bad in every profession! So here i am pain in my legs, hips, butt!!! But guess what I'll deal with it because I've got more backbone,guts,discipline, and fortitude than miss attitude will ever have! Ha!Ha!Ha! That's alright the way you treat people it will come back to ya one way or another! God don't like ugly!
