“I had my first appointment at this salon with Nicole on Saturday. The salon is so clean and beautifully decorated. All the other stylists were so nice! I highly recommend Nicole! She is wonderful and listened to all of my hair concerns and offered advice and products to use. She cut off the exact amount of hair I wanted and that was so appreciated. Overall, she is kind, personable and so friendly! 10/10 will def be coming back :)“

“I went to Great Clips to fix a bad haircut I got from someone else. Chris was my stylist. She listened to my concerns and cut my hair like I wanted. I will go back again!“

“I brought my 86yr old Mom for a hair cut. From what I could understand, it appears to be a salon for seniors. There were a lot of elderly women there. The prices were the same as other salons. The staff seemed nice. The receptionist was having personal phone calls, that customers didn't need to hear her conversations. There was an elderly woman checking out, paying for her services. The total was $83. She tipped the stylist $5!!!! That's not even 10%!!!! If I were the stylist, I would've said something like, were you NOT happy with my service? I'm not sure. But maybe she wasn't- but it also appeared that the customer was a regular. Come on guys. Don't be so stingey/cheap. If you can't afford these services, then go somewhere else that you can afford & tip well. All & all, it's a salon my Mom is happy with. I personally, wouldn't use their services“
