I’ve had two children fitted with braces with Verbic. The multiple office locations is helpful, however we have typically used the Palatine location; very clean and comfortable. My kids love the televisions on the ceiling above the patient chairs. They also said the staff is very friendly and helpful and always explain to them how to care for the braces and what their “jobs” are to get a satisfactory next checkup. If I had a third kid; we’d be coming back to Verbic!
Amazing customer service, nice, friendly, and informative was the experience I received from everyone. AND....they have fresh baked cookies! If you or your children are in need of Orthodontic care or consultation (I do not have braces but got a retainer I use as a night /bite guard and works great), they are the ones to see!
Genuinely one of the best places that cares about their patients whole wellbeing. It isn’t just about teeth, rather, it’s about how you feel as a person. The staff is wonderful and I like them very much. This is a wonderful place to do your braces program in
